Adams Square Apartments

Travis has always taken great care of me as a tenant and has gone above and beyond to answer questions, offer help, and fulfill needs. The few maintenance requests I’ve had have been fulfilled immediately and properly. The building is old, and rent is cheap. You get what you pay for building wise but Travis is the center of the small community being built at Adams Square and I’m happy to be apart of it.

Absolutely amazing things to say about this place. It was my boyfriend and I’s first apartment together and we never had any complaints. Travis is great at what he does and is so quick at getting back to his residents. Only reason we moved is because we wanted more space. This complex is such a great place to start out as a young adult!

I have lived here over 30 years and have been very grateful to the maintenance man, Steve, who was always working hard to make the property and apartments look better. Hopefully more positive changes are on the way. Steve and his helper, Shawn were both very kind when I lost my husband.

All good. I'm starting to plan my retirement, and I really enjoy how peaceful and quiet it has been lately.

Any issues were addressed right away! I also got help moving my dresser in! I moved in while there was snow and they made sure I had a safe way to move in. Much appreciated! My daughter also loves the playground. So far I’m happy here! Thanks you management team!
