This is what an Adam's Home site looks like during a State of Emergency. Notice the empty dumpster? They have no regards for homeowners in the neighborhoods they build homes in. They are messy and rude. These pictures were taken just before hurricane Irma hit. A foreman from Adam's homes came to the site and told us that they were not able to hire quality contractors and that they would not be able to do anything about the mess. Think about that potential home buyers... Their solution was to cover the almost empty dumpster with what amounted to a hairnet, which blew off with the first strong breeze. This is a preliminary review. I made the mistake of purchasing one of their Homes via an RE Agent. By walk thru with a few Whats App Video. The Home is built like crap, by Amateur Contractors. Out of the 5 exterior Doors and 8 interior Doors, only 2 of the interior Doors are installed close to properly and Plumb. The concrete work is atrocious waves, boot-prints, trowel marks, all over I even trip over high spots under the carpeting. The walls are visibly out of square in 80 percent of the home. Plumbing: Since there is no insulation on the Hot Water lines, I have to wait almost 5 minutes for the water to get Hot in the Master Bath...how is that in a Energy Efficient Home? If Google allowed No Stars Adams Homes particularly this sales office would be deserving. Terrible service from sales office to corporate leadership; Gina Villalobos, HARRIET Ronnie Ellis, Kristi Worley. For context, our family has only ever owned/built new construction. I will never recommend Adams to anyone based on how we were treated. Dishonesty, lack of follow up, follow through and poor professional demeanor by all standards. Note we are Prequalified and Cash Buyers. Our experience with trying to build a home with Adams, speak with Leadership when the Sales office treated us disgustingly over their Agent Commission compensation conflict was wholly disheartening. 10/10 do NOT recommend. We signed a contract with Adams home in November 2020 for them to build our home. We did everything we were supposed to do based on the contract. 6 months later they cancelled our contract and left us high and dry. Buyers find any other builder DO NOT use this one they are untrustworthy. I had do give them 1 star just to post this but I would have preferred zero stars.

Biggest mistake of my very first time home buying experience was buying a brand new Adams home in Vero lake estates. My next home will definitely not be and Adams home and I warn all my friends to take their money elsewhere. EXTREMELY unprofessional as well.
