Adams Homes | Fairfield Harbour

We loved working with Ashley and it was wonderful moving into a new home. Unfortunately, the follow up with concerns from the warranty department has been very disappointing. It seems that the biggest issue is their lack of concern and failure to take our concerns seriously. We even hired an engineer at our own expense to verify if our concern was legitimate and then shared those findings with Adams. We first identified a problem on May 13th and as of today July 30th they have done almost nothing. It feels that it has been long enough.

Ashley and Alison are wonderful to work with, they answered all of our questions and make the process very smooth. They stayed on top of every detail. Delaney was also amazing! she always had our best interest at heart. We love our new Adams home and our guests do too! We look forward to our first year in the new home.
