While the community itself is amazing, the house has presented multiple issues. The toilet randomly “burps,” which suggests the vent tube may not be properly connected. The grading job was poorly done, causing water to pool in the backyard and lanai; although the water issue on the lanai was addressed, the backyard remains uneven with a wavy, unlevel surface. The windows were not properly sealed. The patch job for the exterior hot water temperature valve drain was poorly executed on the day of the final walkthrough and accepted. In addition, the plywood in the trusses was not fully secured, the exterior stucco shows random pinholes as if applied in a rush, and plaster near the front door has started blistering. Despite these problems, the warranty team claims that most the issues are not

We wanted a water view but a lake in my back yard. They won’t do anything about the grading until the water hasn’t receded for 48 hours. If you are looking for a home, I suggest you look elsewhere. Pick a reputable builder, lesson learned.
