I have know Adam for more than 15 years. The job of appraising is never easy: it is an estimate of value -- and while most buyers & seller want the appraisal to come in where THEY want, we need to understand it doesn't always happen. Adam is very fair and on several occasions, I have asked questions and he has always given a thorough explanation of how or why he did what he did. I would highly recommend Adam.

In November of 2021, I hired Adam to appraise a property that I had inherited. His appraisal came in at $645k, significantly bellow Zillow and our anticipated value. When I asked Adam about the number, he assured me that it was accurate based on his research. In a declining market, and with no improvements, I sold the property last week for the full asking price of $885k . He was only off by a third. I this is the kind of accuracy that you seek in an appraiser, then Adam is your man. Oh, and I did give Adam the opportunity to revise his appraisal when the offer was made. He declined.
