Jim and Alex of A & D Property Management did an outstanding job in securing a tenant for a one year lease. They explained the process thoroughly and acted promptly in getting a sign up on the property and arranging for all the internet advertising, etc. They responded to prospective tenant inquiries, showed the unit to those interested, and processed applications. A major concern of mine was thorough screening of applicants. A & D performed extensive vetting and presented me with a very qualified tenant. If you want professionalism and experience, then I highly recommend A & D to both landlords and to folks looking for a nice place to rent.

I am writing to express our extreme satisfaction with A&D! They care about their customers and they care about maintaining a high reputation for quality and professionalism. We recently rented a two bedroom and A&D was punctual with our viewing appointments, meticulous in keeping us updated about our applications, and well prepared and professional during our lease signing. All the lease documents were organized and printed in advance, to make signing easy, and the video walkthrough was all ready to go. A&D was thoughtful to create a tenant handbook and keep us updated on important matters. The apartment was delivered to us very clean and with everything in working order and accurately represented in the property descriptions. Thank you!

This management company is one person who seems overwhelmed with the job and seemingly incapable of grasping even the most basic tasks. For example, setting up HOA payments was a grueling exercise with misinformation and poorly written instructions. Monies were misallocated between member accounts and she was infuriated having to deal with the clean up of her mistakes. In our case, she was hired by a new BOD without notice or a vote of our members. The new BOD President said she was a friend of his. The transition from our previous management company was horrendous. She was not capable (her words) of viewing the DVD data provided by Associa who had performed beautifully for over 30-years.
