She needs to answer her phone and/ or manage her time more efficiently. Once she gave me a specific time and day to contact her but after multiple attempts she did not respond till 1 and 1/2 days later. A month later my AC goes out on a hot Saturday. I tried calling and texting multiple times. 6 hrs later she did saying she was too busy. Poor excuse. It would’ve taken her 15 sec to send a text of acknowledgment and doesn’t correspond to the name of her company
