Do NOT do business with Elizabeth Bond at Aces High Realty as a buyer nor a seller! She is very unethical and unprofessional. We put a full price offer with 4% sellers concessions and she would not even give us the time of day. We saw the house Friday evening and absolutely loved it and put our offer in the next morning. Initially, she said they would get back to us Monday morning. Monday morning soon turned into Monday evening, then to Tuesday morning, and then pushed back again to Tuesday evening. Throughout this whole process, she would lie to us and gave my realtor little information. She oddly would say "when the other offers come in" too like she was just pushing us aside. Aces High Realty was the sellers agent for the home we purchased. We were very dissapointed in our interactions because the agent treated us like an opponent to be routed rather than a customer. Every request we made was treated like an inconvenience and required formal paperwork/hoops for us to jump through. Lender requirements were treated as foreign to them. They allowed the seller to give us false or inconcsistent information. At the end of the day it seemed They were hiding their inexperience & lack of knowledge behind paperwork & busywork. They will not be the real estate company we will consider using if we ever need to buy or sell another property.
