Waltner's RV Resort #39

A hidden gem! We feel so fortunate to have spent the last few weeks here. It is so lovely and quiet! We highly recommend this RV park. Great management, clean facilities and nearby grocery make this altogether a great place to stay!

Stayed from a Sunday through the following Monday to beat the heat in the valley area. Husband and wife team where very friendly and helpful in our needs, good water pressure to our rv, didn't notice any power surges while plugged into there shore power, had dump station on site. Only wish we would of had a pet run for our two dogs as to be able to let them run without a leash but no place is perfect. Love the atmosphere and the landscape of the park, will definitely be coming back!

We stayed July and August of 2024. Just booked for July thru Sept for 2025. We Loved the stay. Managing couple are wonderful. The organized events of the camper's volunteer committees were great. Everyone we met that stayed short or long term, owned a home or rented a home and all RV campers were very kind and enjoyed the caring environment. Loved the trees.... The place is kept up nicely and the location of the resort was central to everything we ventured out to do. If you can't find something to do you aren't looking. The resort has daily, weekly and special activities, dinners, craft and art sale, food truck nights, dinners, church on Sunday and too much to list. Many gals named Mary... That was a standing comment.. comments went as too the Mary at this site or that site or the

I just bought the cutest little place this year in Waltner’s! I couldn’t be happier. The managers are the nicest couple & so helpful. The residents here are all super friendly and make you feel so included in everything. You can’t beat the location. You’re in the trees, yet you can walk to the lake, to Walmart, the hospital, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Walgreens! It’s so convenient yet so quiet and clean and nestled in the trees. It’s a little slice of heaven.

Well we called in the conversation I told her I had dogs and that I have beware of dog signs out. She said that was ok. Being camp post in lake Havasu the ranger asked for us to have signs so people would know that we had dogs and wouldn't be startled by the dog. So just pulled in got everything set up. Just sat down after about a hour of being here and the lady told us we had to leave because she had 3 complaints about the signs. So now here we are looking for somewhere to go. Really messed up if your kicked for signs
