Unfortunately, our experience with this property management company was very poor. We managed multiple properties with them and eventually transitioned away due to a lack of marketing, limited operational support, and repeated requests for the owner to handle tasks that should clearly fall under property management. Once we gave notice, maintenance costs increased with no reasonable explanation, purchases were made without approval, and any attempts to question or understand charges were met with refusal. This experience raised serious concerns about transparency and accountability. I would not recommend this company to other property owners.

Our rental has been managed by Tenney Properties for almost 15 years. They have been wonderful to work with and have done a great job. We recently decided to sell our property. Dawn Talbot coordinated all the various repair people needed to get our house ready for market. What a fabulous job she did!! I just can't say enough good things about all her work. The house turned out beautifully and sold in a short amount of time.

We don’t normally do reviews but when someone is so exceptional as Dawn Talbot is we wanted to let people know. We were looking for a property to rent in between our property selling and our new home building completed. We reached out to three other people with no success. Then we found Dawn, what a breath of fresh air. She called us immediately, showed us the property and demonstrated flexibility to meet our individual needs. She’s competent, knowledgeable, knows what she’s doing and if she doesn’t know the answer she’ll quickly find it. She’s a hard worker who doesn’t care if it’s weekends, nights or holidays, she’s available. A real pleasure to work with. There aren't words to properly express how happy I am with my experiences with Tenney Properties! I've been renting from Tenney for several years now, during that time Stacie has been phenomenal to deal with! She's always been quick to help me with anything I needed, repairs, payments, etc. Genuinely the most standup, transparent property management company I've ever dealt with! I honestly can't think of anything that would make my experience with Stacie and the rest of the Tenney team any better!
