They try to strong arm you even though they are wrong. We had a water leak for 9 months and black mold. On top of that had to pay well over $1000.00 in water bills. Asked to be reimbursed in money off our rent over a 3 month period. They served us with a 5 day notice, than a 30 day cancellation of contract letter. We left and someone broke in trashed the place and now they file a police report against us.

Tom and Linda are a true class act, very customer focused - in my experience their mission is all about exceeding expectations. A real joy to work with.
