I would not recommend these apartments or the leasing company to anyone. Before signing my lease I asked multiple times if pest issues were reported during the first two weeks would pest control be covered by the leasing company and I was told yes. Three days after signing the lease I returned to the apartment to start moving things in and the apartment was infested with roaches. I called the leasing company and also filed a maintenance request as I was told to do if I seen pest in the apartment. I never got a response so I called back and was advised that there was a miscommunication and I was responsible for paying for pest control. I let the leasing company know that due to the infestation I was unable to move into the apartment for having to bomb the apartment for roaches multiple time

I've rented with them since fed 2024. They have been very nice and understanding when I had financial problems. If you communicate with them they will work with you. They treated me like a person not a rent payment. Every maintenance request I've put in has been resolved within 24 hours.

I leave a lot of bad reviews. Im generally disappointed with the service companies provide these days. I am excited to leave this 5 star review. We have been using Ace for over a year and it has been such a better experience both for us as the property owners, and for our tenants. Ace lets us know promptly when there is an issue and is quick to send over maintenance solutions.

I hate leaving bad reviews on places but frankly Ace property management was just outright unprofessional. We applied for a place the week before thanksgiving so I expected a small delay because of that. However our background check came the next day so I was hopeful to hear something back from them soon. We did not find out anything until 3 weeks later. We were denied as my husbands had an eviction about 5 years ago which I can understand. What I cannot understand is why I had to call not once, not twice, but three times to figure out whether we were denied or not. The first time I found out the place we applied for was rented already and they advised us to look at other properties on there site as our application was good for 60 days.
