I have never encountered a more disorganized and negligent homeowners management company. Equipment for a new tot lot was delivered in December, but they didn't start any work until May 14th. Why? I assume because they didn't realize they had to hire someone to assemble it. And another contractor to install a new fence and yet another contractor to add new mulch. Now, it’s mid-July, we're still staring at a weed-filled dump wrapped in caution tape. The area is littered with jagged chain link fence and sharp debris—it's a safety hazard waiting to happen, and kids play on it in this unsafe environment every day! I lived in a development that was under Access PM, specifically under Cassandra. From the get go, communication was non-existent. Every once in a blue moon, Cassandra was in the office and taking calls. It took confronting her at the HOA meetings to get resolutions. I would like to echo another person here who mentioned a severe delay in work being completed. We had to continually hound and beg Access PM for answers as to when our flooding back patio would be fixed. And when the contractors finally arrived, we were informed they would need to remove our fence. Guess who had to pay for the fence to be replaced? We laid our thousands, only to wait months for our fence to be installed, leaving us with no privacy. Access PM also has a habit of hiring the cheapest contractors, leading to our ba

One Star is too much for this company. This is possibly one of the worst property management companies in the United States of America. Since 2015 our community has had a revolving door of community managers. While you may think this has something to do with the job being a stepping stone to bigger things potentially, once you deal with upper management you quickly realize it is most likely because of the environment that the management team created. The lack of communication theme is a trait taken most likely from the management team and you are better off winning the lottery than getting a timely response to an email. If your community is looking for a management company to help keep your community thriving and financials in order, then look elsewhere.

This company has no regard for the property owners safety, care of their property or enforcing the HOA rules and regulations.

The worst unprofessional impolite management I have ever experienced, I’m not sure where is Alex Scheffer , is he really running this company or just leaving it to such unprofessional employees, I’m highly NOT recommending this management company to run your community, they act like scams and no one is supervising them, I have reported it to BBB and hopefully they go out of business soon or some actions get taken to restructuring the management. Lots of emails to get specific information and they are very suspicious in their responses. If they are running your community be aware and watch them.
