Acceptance Now

The Financial institution "Acceptance Now/Acima ", are extremely unprofessional. If you try calling their contact number, you will get a recording of an elderly woman. They are trying to offer me a settlement on the bed that I purchased for my daughter via text messages. If I can't speak with a customer service representative I'm sure as heck not going to give out my credit card info! Is this a joke? I will never purchase anything from value city furniture again!

We have had nothing but pleasant experiences here!! We financed our bed to improve our credit scores and this has helped us so much!! Kristina is a wonderful manager, and she will work with you to make any changes needed to help with your account! They are very easy to work with and are always polite and professional! We love our new bed and love that this purchase is also raising our credit scores!! The only thing you have to do is just pay on time! They are also very knowledgeable about working out your payment to fit your budget! We are very pleased with our experience here!

There is NO 90 days same as cash! There is a 12% markup at the end. The one paper I signed that "explained " this was the only paper I was not given a copy of when signing contract. The lady instead said that the 12% markup would occur IF it was not paid off within 90 days. So instead of having to pay $280 I had to pay $488. So a $600 washer and dryer cost almost $900! And the sales rep Aaron Friedlund was rude and being smart when I questioned him about the price. Never will I use this again and I will definitely tell others this is a rip off.

DO NOT under any circumstances use Acceptance Now. They fail to cover all of the actual terms and conditions and if you make the mistake of trusting them to "help you out" you'll regret it. I'm still trying to get them to accurately report to the credit bureau after 4 years.

Do not use them! They do not go over all the agreements and make you over pay for merchandise that is cheap and breaks within a few months. You’re better off just buying the merchandise out right.
