Bill Johnston is great to work with. I really appreciate his honesty and hard work. He really went above and beyond for my buyers. He went out of his way for them and you can tell he really cares. He is also local so once your house closes you can always come back to him for any questions rather than dealing with a 1800 number.

Bill and his team provided us with exceptional service in refinancing our home so that we could do extensive remodeling. The Online Process of reading, accepting and signing documents is a breeze. I always felt that Bill was looking out for us and making sure everything followed the letter of the law and real estate laws are much more complicated now than they were 20 years ago when we purchased this home. Big shout out to Nicole Bodiou in Bill's office who is intelligent, efficient, very responsive and joy to speak with.

We had an absolutely horrible experience working with this company. Bill refused to talk to me or anyone on my team during the entire process. Our client suffered because of such poor level of communication and constant movement of closing and expectations. We called numerous times and finally found someone at the company that would answer and provide the slightest amount of info, but in 21 years of business, I've never had a lender who refuses to answer ANYONES call. There was never bad blood because there was never a conversation.

Bill and his Acceptance Home Mortgage company were great to deal with. Bill was very knowledgeable and explained how applying for home would work. He also helped with unfamiliar areas of the Mortgage process. Chase was also great. He was able to help get a check list of paperwork that was needed.
