I wouldn't recommend renting from this company. They don't care about the renters. You can't get repairs done. You have to submit a maintenance request online then it could be days/weeks or never for the work to get done. Calls & text messages go unanswered. Really a shame considering the rental payment & deposits that go into these homes.

Make sure to take pictures of everything and email it to them before move in and do the same before you leave. This company is incredibly slow to do repairs on their rentals and retain slap shod companies when they do fix them. Termites, rats, mold etc and their solution to the issue was to end a lease with long term tenant and keep the security deposit for repairs they didn’t even make before move in after renting with them for years then lying about why they are ending your lease. Nice enough to your face but cover your own self when working with them, they are not your friends.

I wish I knew what I knew today. Courtney is an absolute crook and a blatant liar. She will befriend you to get what she wants and at the same time stab you in the back. I rented for them for 8 years and I wish I had left years ago. These people are master manipulators and scam artists. Courtney is the worse of them all. She tried to scam me an additional $500 when a new owner took over my prior unit. At the time the owner was not planning on utilizing absolute realty as their property management but Courtney personally texted me and called me to convince the owner to have them manage the property. I did so because at that time I had been with them for 6 years and did not know things would end the way they did. One of the agreements Courtney said she would work on was to get the old carpe

The Absolute horrible customer service and professionalism I have ever experienced in my entire life! If I could give them zero stars that is exactly what they should receive. To those of you that are considering doing business with this entity let me save you countless hours of frustration and aggravation FIND ANOTHER MANAGEMENT COMPANY. There are companies that radiate integrity and authenticity in the way that they conduct business. Choose them. DO NOT DO NOT listen to the lies told by Courtney Davis; who claims to no longer be affiliated with this company yet her name is listed on all public records and tax payer entities as the President. Nothing but a wonderful experience with this company. The most caring, human experience I have ever experienced with an owner/tenant relationship. They have always been fair and respectful and they have always treated my family with kindness. Would recommend to anyone looking for a rental in the area.
