Above & Beyond Inspections

We had just put an offer on our first home, and hired Stan to do a home inspection. We had loved the house, but Stan's through service made us realize a lot of potential issues that we needed to think about. We were able to work out a deal with the current owners to fix some of these issues, so I couldn't be happier with the service I received! Stan Brown did an excellent job inspecting our future home. The report we got back was detailed, organized, & well photographed! Stan was incredibly easy to work with. We're on the go a lot, so it helped that we could communicate with him by text and email. He was able to complete both the inspection and report in just a few days, and his report was thorough enough to encourage the seller to address some issues with the home prior to purchase. Stan Brown is a great guy to work with. He is very knowledgeable about his skill and very thorough in his job. He constantly took time to explain things to me and give me history lessons on things that piqued my curiousity. The house he inspected was about 100 years old and he pointed out all kinds of neat hidden gems and features that any other inspector may have just considered not part of the inspection process. Mr. Stan Brown would be the only inspector I would recommend.
