I have had 3 home inspections done in my life and Chris at A-PLUS has by far done the most thorough job I've ever seen. He spends almost the entire day with various equipment to find everything, and I mean EVERYTHING. Some items are just good to knows and does not need to be fixed but he documents them for you anyway. He is easy to talk to and explains in detail his reports. I would 100% recommend Chris to anyone that's looking for a home inspection.

Chris is an amazing Inspector! As a Realtor I know that recommending him to my clients is the best decision I can make. He is thorough, and does not rush anything. He makes time for his clients when they are there. He loves to educate them on the important parts of owing a home. He does not use scare tactics or brings things up that MAY exist in the future. He shows them how the home is performing at that time. I have never had a client wish they didn't use Chris and his company. Chris is also a structural engineer so you get a two for one with him! After having several other inspection services fall through I was referred to a friend to A-PLUS. I gave them a text and a call and within 30 minutes Chris Chitsey called me back, scheduled an inspection, and got me taken care of. The day of the inspection Chris was on-time and talked me through the process. He was clear, thorough, easy to understand, and genuine. He then asked us about our specific concerns and things we had noticed and took great care to listen and discus those items with us. Then over the course of the day (about 7-8 hours) he worked tirelessly to do the most thorough inspection report I have ever seen. Chris was very professional, thorough and provided excellent, friendly service. His report covered a lot all aspects of the process, and there are many minor observations covered in the report that will help to work on on-going maintenance of the house to give it longevity and prevent future issues with the property.
