If you’re looking for a horrible management company you have lucked up! Maria is just that. She does not respond, cares nothing about communication, her tenants, or has any compassion. Your HOA fines will be doubled and your lucky she even registers you as a renter with the HOA (I was here for 2 years before they knew I was renting) I also was being harassed, and called racist and vulgar names by a neighbor and when I contacted Maria about it she never responded. I had to go to the HOA to get results. That’s how I found out how shady this management company really was. Even once I sent my notice to terminate my lease agreement and requested to be present at the move out inspection still no response. I’ve see Maria one time in 4 years. She was not even present to hand me my keys when I move

If you have children and like consistency I would recommend using another management service. After two years our lease was non renewed with absolutely no help from them with finding another home. My children & I have been homeless since April and it’s very sad they will have to switch schools and are going through this. Maria has little to none in the compassion department and is very aware of it.
