Tony is by far the most knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and kind home inspector I have ever worked with (and I have worked with A Lot over the years). He can pay attention to every little detail while still giving a clear and simple big picture. At this last place, the agent accidentally broke their key in a lock, and Tony got it right out and even helped the owner replace the lock right there. He is funny and personable, and still keeps every step of the process documented and detailed, and at a very reasonable price too, even with sewer scoping! %100 Recommended!

I HAD ANTHONY COME OUT TO THE HOME I WAS PURCHASING TO DO AN INSPECTION. HE WAS VERY THOROUGH AND PERSONABLE. HE WAS QUICK TO REPSOND TO CALLS. HE WAS VERY DETAILED IN HIS REPORT AND WAS MORE THAN WILLING TO ANSWER ANY AND ALL QUESTIONS I HAD. THE HOME HAD BEEN WINTERIZED AT THE TIME AND HE WAS WILLING TO COME BACK AFTER THE PURCHASE AND INSPECT THE PLUMBING. WHICH HE DID. HE IS VERY RELIABLE AND INFORMATIVE. I COULD NOT HAVE HAD A BETTER INSPECTOR. I HAVE REFERRED AND MENTIONED HIS BUSINESS TO SEVERAL PEOPLE. MY REALTOR WAS ALSO VERY IMPRESSED AND IS KEEPING HIS INFO TO REFER HER CLIENTS TO AS WELL IN THE FUTURE. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH HIS SERVICES!!
