I have lived here for 4 years. The maintenance man is top notch! Like any community living situation, it has its ups and downs. Residents just need to be more responsible for themselves and their guests. The cleaning lady works hard to keep it as nice as she can. Excellent location!

Typical greedy corporate company. They were unable to process my application and they still cashed my check. Management is unprofessional and take forever to get back to you. Often times they send you copy and pasted information. $100 fee for underground parking spot, and few above ground spots. This place does not have tenants at heart. All they care about is money.

Tried for months to get in here, which was the first red flag. Very unprofessional & rude staff. 5 months in the whole building is infested with ROACHES!!!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE. Moved out 5 months early and lost almost all my things. Still paid over $6500 worth of rent for a place that wasn't habitable and management only replies to what they want to. They will ignore certain request or concerns. This is the worst thing I've had to deal with. They are very questionable whether some things they try to pull are even legal. STAY AWAY!!!! Update- I talked to other people in the building and I got told they have bedbugs now too.

I am a little taken back by the negative reviews. Every experience is it’s own so I’d like to share mine. I have had nothing but a positive experience. Beautiful apartment and amenities. Professional, clean, friendly environment. Maintenance is on top of everything, anytime an issue is brought to the staffs attention they address it right away. I am very happy and not looking to go anywhere else for the foreseeable future.

Great location. Friendly and helpful office staff. Great apprtment layout. Really good public spaces to use as well. Heated underground parking additional, but where isn't it in Madison :)
