I’m like WOW!!! Exceeded my expectations! First, lent me say Mrs. Emalae Greer was phenomenal. She went above and beyond to ensure all of my needs were meet and taken care of. Honestly, this is one of the better apart complex for seniors I’ve looked into that was reasonable and included amenities that included a fitness center, salon/barbershop, community room, business center, physical therapy, and game room. I can go on and on but 809 State Street is the truth and REAL DEAL! Again, thanks Mrs. Greer for the outstanding customer service experience and pleasant personality. One thing that stuck out to me was her eagerness to find a good fit based on what I presented in my budget and living space. Not to mention, her smile and attitude really blew me outta of the park. Revised 1-8-2026 So there have been some positive changes in maintainance...For two weeks we had no hot water...But on 12-7-2025, it was fixed...Must have been something that they had to outsource to get fixed...So although very inconvenient at the time...I cannot hold that against them...Just glad its good now.. My kitchen sink is now fixed, and working better than ever...I really appreciate it...Now the only thing thats left...Is the bathroom sink (video enclosed)...It's been over a year, and although its been looked at last month...But they didn't come back to fix.. I mean, I'm sure the part gotta be in by now...I feel that the sooner, the better...I REALLY fear that, because it so loose...That it might become unhinged, and water start bursting out everywhere...But I'm still waiting.

809 State should be glad that they have Ms.Greer is the one we see, because she know how to treat people when they are in her office. She make you feel like you made it home welcome you with open arms Make sure you all keep her so more people want to live with you all. Thank You for making my visit great.

I enjoy living here very much. The only complaint I have is the noise factor and children in the building all the time. Grandkids are left alone and unsupervised. The management staff are very sweet and friendly.

I truly enjoyed visiting with this facility. This is a nice place for Seniors in this area. Near downtown. Ms. Emily and Ms. Tameka were very nice and professional. Looking forward to working with these ladies with my family member.
