Filthy Building - inside! Shared areas are disgusting & not well kept. Bathrooms are gross, show no regard for care of health to tenants and their clients & should be reported to the Dept of health. The hallways are lackluster with no design & makes you feel like your in a hospital! Management does not care about tenants once they sign their contract & What you get for the high rental price is not worth it. Will never rent from them again!

The management team at the 777 properties are very professional, reliable and nice people. If you have an issue or problem once notified, they respond right away. Our office has been here for many years and we do not anticipate leaving anytime soon. Great office space, quiet and clean.

We have been a tenant of 777 Properties since 2012. Management has always been responsive to our needs throughout the years. The properties are clean and well kept. I would recommend 777 Properties if you are looking for office space in the Margate area.

We have been a resident here since June and all the staff and property management have been extremely helpful and they alway address our needs promptly. The grounds are well kept and maintenance is always there when you need them.
