I just have to take a moment to recognize Umble, the maintenance man here at 73Twenty-Five. He he is truly exceptional! From the moment you see him on the grounds, he’s always kind, friendly, and approachable. He doesn’t just do his job, he genuinely cares about the residents and it shows in every interaction. When he came to replace my refrigerator, he went above and beyond by even taking my trash out without me asking. That level of thoughtfulness and service is rare these days, and it made a lasting impression on me. It’s people like Umble who make a community feel like home. His positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to help do not go unnoticed. Thank you for all you do, we appreciate you more than you know! 👏

I would like to take a moment to recognize Mr. Umble and Nick for their outstanding maintenance service. They recently came to fix the lock on my door as well as my garbage disposal, and the entire experience was nothing short of excellent. They arrived promptly, assessed the issues quickly, and completed both repairs efficiently. The entire visit took no more than 15 minutes, yet the quality of their work was thorough and effective. Mr. Umble and Nick were extremely professional, polite, and respectful throughout the process. They clearly know what they’re doing and work well as a team. Rating these apartments five stars SIMPLY because of Mr. Umble! I would give Mr. Umble a MILLION stars if I could. He’s very professional and ALWAYS there to get the job done! I ran into different maintenance issues during my 2 years staying here, and Mr. Umble was always very helpful to getting the issues resolved promptly and efficiently. He’s the BEST.

I can truly say that Jackie and Umble have been godsends. Because they go above and beyond when it comes to their maintenance work. Thank you all so much for having such wonderful workers. My nephew lives in these apartments. I was down visiting for a few days and his hot water went out. The Maintenance man came within 30 mins of him requesting help. I thought that was pretty cool as where I live they take up to 24-48 hours to respond! The entire time I was there the yard was clean, it was quiet and made me reconsider my next lease. I didn’t get to meet anyone but maintenance while there, but the entire staff is doing a wonderful job by just looking at the apartments. I could get use to living here!
