Was told by landlord to move in less than 30 days so they can sell, they said that we are the ones breaking the lease since we move before like it said on the paperwork, I was told by Laura I was allowed to toss the stove since it didn't work, and I did as I was told and now they're trying to charge me for it. Only people that came and did the best that they could because landlord refused to fix anything was the maintenance team.they also gave a ridiculous amount to do everything they can to try and keep the security deposit. I asked for proof of where the money is going and they haven't gotten back to me yet.

Can't recommend 716 Property Management enough. I turned over my property to them before moving out of state and they've made the process as smooth as possible. Before they took over, I had been waiting for a small roof repair for months. Once they took over, the problem was resolved within a week. Steve is always quick and attentive to any issues property owners raise. They offer access to an owner portal that allows you to see every bit of information about your property - from payments to even the smallest repairs. My tenants seem to be extremely satisfied since 716 Property Management has taken over.

716 PM is a great management company. As a former landlord moving out of town, 716 took on my small portfolio (single duplex) for the past couple years. Steve and his team have been incredibly hands on and involved, truly valuing the small investor. This is a great team to have in your corner whether you are local or an out of town investor. Twice I scheduled an appointment to look at a property for rent. It was “self guided” and they send you a code when you get there. That’s it. No further instructions. We eventually figured out the door all the way in the backyard has a coded lock but the code sent didn’t work. The contact phone # just goes to an automated service. I even emailed them and never got a reply. Few days later my wife decides “let’s give this a shot one more time maybe we did something wrong” Same thing happened. Code didn’t work. Automated response when you call etc I finally found a different number and talked to a gentlemen in the office and told him my issue. He said he’d have someone call me back with a new code and instructions. Never happened. Clearly we’re no longer interested in this property anymor
