Great property and location! The office staff and maintenance are so kind and helpful! 10/10 recommend!!

I've lived here 3 years and had very few issues, nothing major. The people that live here are generally very nice, everyone says hi to everyone. Any time I have contacted maintenance or the office I get a response and issues resolved quickly. The washers and dryers have issues sometimes but I typically management has got them worked on as soon as you let them know. All and all a good experience and plan to sign the next lease as well

I have been here for 3 years and I would never wanted to leave unless I have to. It basically the best place and location you can be at for you and your kids. My kids school is like 2 mins from here and all my favorite restaurant and shopping store are 5 mins from here.

this place is only like 2 stars for a reason. this place is so nasty. ants everywhere and it’s not just my apartment it’s EVERYONES, the leasing ladies are never there and maintenance is just a bunch of creepy men where my girlfriend has caught them taking pictures of her. there’s mold growing everywhere, our dishwasher has never worked and good luck getting maintenance to come unless it’s an emergency. the washers will leave your clothes soaked and then the dryers will take 2-3 times to dry your clothes and it’s over 2$ each time. there’s so many nicer apartments in the area for cheaper so plz don’t choose this one cause you’ll dread coming home to this nasty place.
