It is what it is. When people take your money they forget that you are paying for a service. Don't label everyone you rent to an animal because you are too cheap to do proper cleaning and the necessary repairs. Running back and forth to landlord tenant court becomes exhausting and expensive. 🔯🀄🔯😇
Good building very quiet and chill for the most part...I rarely ever see anybody in the building AND ppl mind their business
DO NOT MOVE IN HERE, DON'T DO IT. MOVE IN AND BLAME YOURSELF. JOSEPH WILL VIOLATE AND ABUSE YOU. THEY TAKE YOU TO COURT EVEN IF YOU PAID YOUR RENT ON TIME.
They harass the ppl who pay rent don't really fix anything.
