0 stars if I could I won’t even began to get into the details of how this place went from absolutely amazing to terrible when the archers decided to take over Save the headache and pay a few hundred more some where else

Terrible management. They bought out this place from some AMAZING management people but they are basically “slum lords”. Maintenance manager, Ron, has screamed at multiple of the tenants over the phone. I have had multiple waterfalls through my bedroom winder and they didn’t bother replacing them. One tenant had a bullet shot through hers and they STILL won’t get new windows for the building. The water heaters suck so if you enjoy cold or lukewarm showers then you’ll do just fine moving in here.

The new apartment owners are garbage. They jacked up rent prices but turned down the hot water thermostat to save money, now you can only take Luke warm showers, they come into your apartment with no notice, they’ll leave your doors unlocked if you’re not there, they won’t fix your heater when it breaks in the winter, tell you “we cant fix it, our maintenance team isn’t trained, it’s too expensive to hire outside help”. DO NOT RENT HERE, there are plenty of other better places worth paying this kind of money for. Any 5 star reviews you see of this place were either from before the new owners, or they’re being paid to leave a 5 star review, they offered us $50 to leave a 5 star review for them, we refused, they bribe for their ratings to go higher because they know how bad they are.

I'm giving this newly renovated community five stars because when I tell you they really did a number on these, they did! They used to be ran down and sorta raggedy looking (my friend's daughter stayed here with her boyfriend after running away from home where she had it made at) the ppl who lived here looked like drug heads nd it was all sorts of criminal activities going on plus ppl would have things all on the porch etc. When I went to the website I couldn't believe my eyes! Jus hope they dnt start to move any and everybdy in without doin charector references. Wow I'm impressed...

The manager here is awesome really making this property better
