Henry came in and fixed our dishwasher soon after we submitted a work order. He clearly explained what the issue was and showed it to us. He then thoroughly cleaned the area where water was leaking and fixed the leak right. Away. He checked multiple times to make sure there was no more leaks. He also came back later to ensure everything was working properly. We were very pleased with his work as he made us feel comfortable with his professionalism and courtesy. Thank you Henry.

I am so so so so mad what happened! Here is the story: The washing machine was broken like 3 weeks ago. We submitted the request of the repair. And the maintenance team checked it and said they would replace the new one. However, one week later, there is no updates, so I went to the front desk and asked if they can help to call the maintenance team. The front desk helped to call and said the maintenance team would replace as soon as possible. And then another week later, I went to the front desk and asked them what’s the status or any progress. They still helped to call but the answer is to wait. Ok, I understand. Last Friday, I went to front desk again and get the same answer. This Monday, I called to leasing office and asked for help. Great experience with our AC maintenance team Jonathan and Fabian.They were professional, punctual, and very thorough throughout the service. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure the system was running perfectly before leaving. I toured here and immediately thought, “Oh no… I’m going to want to live here.” I commute to Manhattan and there’s a bus literally downstairs. No dramatic power walks. Just me, my coffee, and efficiency. Now let’s talk: Within a five-minute walk I have: Paris Baguette, Acme, Ben & Jerry’s, yoga, and Son Cubano. And the view?! Take about ten steps toward the river (which is less than a block away) and boom — unlimited gorgeous sunsets. The apartments themselves are spotless, modern, and clearly well cared for. The pool is outdoors but feels private and peaceful — chef kiss. Last but not least, the team was genuinely wonderful. They answered every question, made the whole experience easy, and somehow made me feel welcome before I even live there.

We lived at 55 RiverWalk for a full year and overall had a wonderful experience. The location is unbeatable : easy commute to NYC, close to the ferry, and having an onsite supermarket was incredibly convenient. The building offers great amenities, and we loved our 2-bedroom apartment on the 4th floor. The maintenance and concierge teams are fantastic ; always helpful, friendly, and responsive. The neighborhood itself is also amazing, safe, and wonderful to walk around. We would have happily stayed another year, but the rent renewal was absolutely absurd, so we decided to move. Our main issue during our time there was the heating and cooling in the apartment, which caused our energy bills in the winter months to be extremely high.
