5 Mile Square Apartments

Do not live here!!!!! Black gunk comes out the faucets. No peace and quiet, you can hear everything your neighbors say and do. After 4+ years of living here, I'm currently being harassed about throwing out my trash because I apparently don't live here according to the trash guardian who likes to take photos and videos of RESIDENTS throwing their trash away and saying he's going to report you bc you don't tell him your apartment number when he asks where you live........ creepy old man asking young women what apartment number they have...yeah no...good luck with that. can't wait to be leaving soon.

I don't understand the negative reviews? I wonder if they were evicted or competition, this is my experience. Maintenance service is excellent, I locked myself out pretty late and I was back in my apartment within minutes with no lockout fee. Pretty good complex overall.

The apartments themselves are great and really high quality. However, you can hear EVERYTHING. Our neighbors were awful. Moved out after only a year. Definitely zero sound proofing.

Unfortunately, my experience was minimal as I never even received a call back from management after leaving a message with my contact information about expressing interest in a rental. Sometimes a first impression is all you need to make an informed decision regarding the quality, organization, and professionalism of a place…

Like everyone else says; paper thin walls, poorly constructed and clearly cut corners with every appliance that barely works. Not to mention, management is basically non-existent; never see or hear from them. They don't answer calls, and snow removal seems to be an issue. Nowhere to park, nowhere to put our garbage.
