The owner of the property is the maintenance man for the property, and lies about being or not being such strictly to confuse communication for arbitrary reasons. I also had to call the police on him when he began to harass us, even attempting to enter the home without invitation or warning. You have been warned. I am the current tenant in the upper unit of this address and due to the egregious experience I have had here I placed it on the map so as to warn others. The unit was poorly maintained before moving in. Outlets/phone jacks/internet jacks were in a state of disrepair and due to state law we were left to repair the jacks at our expense. Counters were not attached to their base. Cabinets were not built fully or appropriately in the restroom. The unit is non-smoking and the unit b
