301 Greenville Apartments

This will be a lengthy review, so please read it carefully and view the attached photos. I saw an online advertisement for this apartment complex offering free rent for one month plus a 65" Samsung TV. It seemed too good to be true, but I called to schedule a tour anyway. Felicia answered and scheduled the tour. I went to check out the place. I should note that 301 Greenville Apartments are older, but all newly leased units are remodeled with stainless steel appliances, vinyl flooring, a new hot water tank, sink, quartz countertops, and a glass-top electric oven. New paint throughout, and the bathroom are also newly remodeled too with quartz top vanity and new ceramic tile around a full tube and shower. Basically, it is a new apartment. Great place to live and the Amenities are great too! Office staff is awesome. Felicia is the best, she helped us get what we wanted and we love our home. Maintenance are always on top of things and there when needed. My experience has been great so and they make you feel right at home.

The maintenance fix my door I will take a picture of it, but didn’t give me a legitimate way to eliminate the smell in my water smelling like sewage what he told me was run the hot water for five minutes and the smell will go away. I don’t think that I’ll be using this water coming from the bathroom sinks ever again because the smell is gone. Does that mean the contamination is going? I don’t know but I’m afraid. I literally have bottled water at my sink to brush my teeth because I no longer trust it. But as for his work on my door, it looks brand new and I appreciate the work that he’s done.

I had the absolute worst experience living here and would never recommend it to anyone. There is roaches and rats everywhere. Paid extra for trash to be picked up and they wouldn’t come, which would make the outside of apartments smell so bad. Because they don’t come get it when they are supposed to, rats would get into them and leave trash scattered everywhere that of course you will be required to pick up. The carpets were filthy the day I moved in, and there was mold or mildew in the air vent. The worst thing was that the air conditioner does not work in summers. My apartment would get nearly 100 degrees and they did not care, and the electricity bill would be around $400 a month despite it never cooling off. I had a heat stroke in my apartment, which was quite an unsafe living situat

Maintenance man Jamal was amazing! He gave up his whole Saturday to come out to fix our water heater tank that was leaking into our floor boards! He was so nice and really cares to get to know his residents. You can tell he loves what he does and makes sure he takes his time to make sure everything is correct and working with no issues. Definitely will ask for Jamal again!
