Love my apartment, property is properly maintained, amenities are great, LUXURY is actual true compared to the last property in Leander I came from, staff is great, ENDLESS HOT WATER since there is no hot water heater and I am ready to renew my lease if the price is right!

Down right vile experience, I had nightmares for days after leaving 22 North. If you decide to move here after reading the countless terrible reviews, you are on your own! They will force you to live in a ROACH and MOLD infested apartment and charge a $5000 move out fee If you leave. Worst apartments I’ve ever lived in my entire life. I am beyond disappointed in the staff, and as a resident I’ve never been so humiliated. I had to take a few months to recover from the emotional and mental toll from living here only two weeks. If you decide to still rent here, you were warned.

DO NOT LEASE AT 22 NORTH — The Truth Behind the Price I lived at 22 North for eight years and the only thing luxurious is the rent. Behind the polished marketing is a management team that lacks urgency, ethics, and accountability. Jenny is the one exception. Maintenance is terrible. My dryer was broken for nearly four months. My toilet stayed broken even longer. The gym and foyers are dirty, packages constantly go missing, and the pool and dog areas are rarely cleaned. You will pay premium rent and get the bare minimum in return. If you are considering moving in, drive by first. You will see the chaos for yourself. If I could give zero stars, I would. Overpriced. Underserved. Completely overhyped.
