The "manager", Liz, would greatly benefit from additional customer service training. Since living here, I have noticed a consistently high turnover of employees in the leasing office, which raises concerns about management. A manager should be equipped to make sound business decisions based on business needs while also assisting residents to the best of their ability. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience with Liz. She often comes across as rude and displays a dismissive, "whatever happens, happens" attitude. While I understand that certain situations onsite may be outside of management's control, the way residents are treated, especially during difficult circumstances, speaks volumes the level of customer service being p

I have lived in this community for over a year and I must emphasize on how efficient the system is, the maintenance team are on top of everything, the management team is always available to assist ,They don’t let towing trucks roam around the complex. Very peaceful and lots of residents activity. Never had any security concerns

Moved out almost a year ago and finally had the time to write this review and reading other reviews sounds like there has been similar issues that I had. Lived here for one year exactly and couldn't wait to move out. I know living in an apartment has its usual cons but this place was once considered a luxury apartment was definitely far from it. The biggest complaint I had about this place is be careful when you move out. Take lots of pictures and do the walk through final inspection with them because they will not only not give you any of your deposit back but also add on so many bogus fix it fees. My deposit was $700 and upon move out they said I had damages on top of that $700 that I needed to pay an additional $450. I have lived at several apartments in the Anaheim platinum triangle ar

I recently had the unfortunate experience of moving out of an apartment where I left the space in excellent condition, only to have my entire security deposit withheld without clear justification. I made sure to thoroughly clean the apartment before leaving — floors were swept, counters wiped down, appliances cleaned, and everything was in order. Yet, I received an itemized list of charges that seemed excessive and unfair. The management claimed cleaning fees, despite the fact that I left the unit spotless. Furthermore, they tried to charge for damages that simply didn’t exist. When I asked for more details or proof of these damages, I received vague responses that didn’t add up. In the end, they kept the full deposit, leaving me feeling taken advantage of. It’s incredibly frustrating when

It was not the best to live here but for me the cons out weighed the pros for the price. They will increase the rent to match the market but not fix any of the building issues or culture typical corporate landlord. If you work Hybrid or remote choose a different complex very loud here. Pros: -Large sq ft apartment -Center Location to get to many cities -Jacuzzi Tub -Large Parking spots Cons: -Loud music after 10pm constantly -Cheap walls you can hear your neighbors cook or walk in there bathroom -Cheap Floors sounds travel even if you are on top floor -There are roaches in the summer months must keep your drains closed or covered -No security to actually enforce rules -Complaint's get ignored unless you contact Greystar corporate -Stairs are full of trash and furniture haven't been power w
