17 Barkley

We just moved into Barkley and the experience has been great so far. Our move-in process was smooth, and our unit is very nice, updated, and exactly what we were hoping for. Maintenance was incredibly responsive and fixed a few small things the same day we moved in, which we really appreciated. Although there was a delay in our application process due to a change in management, Yohana was absolutely amazing. She stayed in constant communication with my partner and me, kept us informed about any changes, and provided realistic time estimates, which made the process much less stressful. Overall, it’s been a wonderful experience at Barkley. We love how clean and modern the gym is, as well as the clubhouse and package room. We’re very happy to call this place home!

I recently visited 17 Barkley while searching for a new home, and I have to say the property is absolutely beautiful and looks brand new. But what truly made the experience exceptional was the property manager, Maria. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, friendly, and incredibly welcoming. She took her time explaining the details of the property, the amenities, and everything the community has to offer. She made the entire experience personal and meaningful because she understood that I am looking for a new place to call home. Maria went above and beyond she communicated clearly, was extremely knowledgeable, returned my phone call promptly, and made sure I had all the information about available incentives. This apartment has some good things going for it, the office staff are nice and responsive, and maintenance is usually quick and helpful. No complaints there. That said, the noise is a huge issue. The walls and floors are paper thin. The sound insulation here is really bad. We get woken up every morning by the upstairs neighbors just walking around. On top of that, we can hear our next-door neighbors talking and walking, and even feel vibrations through the walls and floor. I’ve lived in several apartments before, and while none of them had perfect soundproofing, this is the first place where it’s been this bad. We’ve already rearranged our room layout to try to avoid the noise and vibration from the next door, but it hasn’t helped much. We can still hear his voice, even with the TV on.

I’ve visited and called the leasing office several times while residing at 17 Barkley, I’ve mainly interacted with Yohana, and she has always been patient, professional and kind. It has truly made my experience living at 17 Barkley a lot more enjoyable and peaceful. Thank you Yohana and team.

It was my first time today having the honor to be assisted by the property manager Maria. My husband and I had questions and concerns regarding submitting our rent, and Maria was so professional, knowledgeable and kind with going over our concerns step by step. We felt very welcomed and will for sure tell our friends and family about 17 Barkley!! Maria is a true asset to the community.
