We spent 2 years here, and without a doubt the best apartment we’ve ever lived in. Truly a hidden gem in Largo! The owner is extremely helpful and is devoted to maintaining the property. Our decision to leave had nothing to do with the property, and if we end up coming back to Largo we’d look to live here again. Beautiful inside and out and very sturdy, we had virtually zero issues during our entire stay here. Great place to live!

Newly built, amazing design! It's an exclusive property in an area of Largo that's growing fast. Less than five miles to the beach! This is an amazing place to call home.

We've been living here for over 3 years and it's been a good experience. The apartments are very nice. It's quiet and safe. The owner is very attentive when there are any issues! He's also great to interact with. 👍

Very nice apartments on the interior. Charging to park inside the gates is a bit much "street parking is free and is owned by the city so you won't get towed" was how the person showing us the apartment put it. When we asked about noise from upstairs neighbors the representative said they constructed them to not transfer noise...a complete lie, or our neighbors actually stomp as they walk. Non-carpeted flooring on the second floor is a mistake...my advice: live on the second floor or ask to see a first floor apartment around 5pm to gauge noise levels. It is a shame because the apartments themselves are nice. I would give 4 stars overall but this place is not without flaws so be aware.

Lived here a year, I loved my apartment, The owner came every weekend to check on things. BUT, it looses the 5th star due to the property management company he has hired. They are JOKE! The worst people to manage a property in the entire state of Florida. Dean & Dewitt are the worst ! They don't ever answer when you call. They use a 3rd party water billing company that charges you to bill you. Literally it says billing fee....... IF you pay your bill online they charge you, yet in the lease it says they dont accept personal checks. Paying an additonal $25 to park inside a gate when they advertise as a gated community. Just doesn't seem right. Like i said the owner is great he will do right by you but the property management company he hired is fraud!!!!!! They will take a large portion of
