I would reconsider before buying or renting a condo here. The apartment was not built properly. Even basic things like electrical wiring were not done properly. Management does not know what their doing and hires cheaper workers to half fix problems. Even worse, one of the neighbors assaulted me here, and management refused to get involved. For $3800 a month, you would at least expect the toilet to not wobble left and right or the door to close. They made everything look nice but actually cheaped out on everything else. You would expect that given most people couldn't afford that high rent, you would get something decent. But they really ripped people off. Even my neighbors say the same thing. There is also construction almost every week because Highland Ave is broken. They keep digging u
