Very nice modern apartments. Stress-free move-in and leasing process. The leasing office and service tech Darrell are all very friendly and helpful. There’s some amazing local restaurants along Larchmere within walking distance. You’re in close proximity to the Clinic, downtown and expressways. I’ve been enjoying my time here at 121!

I am an international student and since moving to Cleveland, I've always hoped to find a satisfactory house. After comparing several places, I finally chose 121Larchmere. I've been living here for over half a month now and I'm still very pleased with my choice. It's located on a very pleasant street, with some convenient bakeries nearby, and it's also very quiet. What's more important is that the facilities are very comprehensive and both the building and equipment are new. The secured access to both the parking lot and the building gives me peace of mind. Additionally, I am very grateful for the assistance from the managers Jenn and Kelli. They are professional, enthusiastic, and considerate. I look forward to making more friends here.

I've lived here for a year with zero issues! its clean and obvious that mangement genuinley cares about tenants. Luq in the leasing office is always ready to help with any needs/questions I have. 10/10 recommend :)

This is my second time that my cars gets broken into for the last 6 months. There has been no changes to safety features or compensation from the apartmeny management. It has now become a safety concern for me to live here. The apartment complex is beautiful, clean and quiet which is great but the safety issues supersedes all of that.

Larchmere121 has a great location, being very close to University Circle. Since the new manager Jenn took over, it feels much better than a few months ago.
