• You will get shoot out here • The pool has been closed since 2016 • gym has been locked since 2016 • the laundry room is dirty and half of the machines don’t work • mood everywhere • water constantly off • heat and air goes out • mechanics is horrible. Been waiting on a screw to fix my door since 2021 • The women up front “ Q” has the absolutely worst attitude ever. I truly do not understand how she managed to get her position Only good thing about this place is the name and pictures. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY OR SAFETY. STAY AWAY.

Needs an app that alerts you when the water is going out. Literally several times a week you won't have water. And don't worry about getting maintenance to fix things at your unit. Had no air conditioning for months. Took over half a year for them to repair their laundry facility. Update: there's no consideration of residents schedules as the online payment portal for rent is down and the office is closed the last several days of rent being due... No drop off box or anything. Update #2: Was told not to worry about the late fee when I turned in the rent payment a day late. Giving a star back for that. Update #3: Every pizza place, i.e. Pizza Hut, Papa John's, and Domino's refuses to deliver to this apartment complex due to safety issues. Be warned. Back down to one star for this reason.
