don’t even live here but i’ve just seen all of the horror stories from this building😂. i only grew interested in it because ive done extensive research on the abandoned conant thread textile complex that this building used to be a part of and explored a bunch of times, the buildings are super sentimental to me. mill no.7 (the apartment building) is an exact duplicate of mill no.6, just built a few years later. so ive always wondered what it was like on the inside as i’ve seen the decayed and rotted version but never the renovated one. these reviews definitely turned me away from this place. here’s some photos of the inside of mill no.6 (the abandoned one of course)

We moved into our unit in 2017 and, like a spirit airlines flight, you get exactly what you pay for at 1Lofts. The rent is incredibly affordable, just don’t be shocked when management forgets to send you a new lease and increases the rent by a few hundred dollars. Rest assured, your money will be put to good use to develop other properties so the owners can continue to buy up the entire city. The large units are beautiful with an industrial style and have tons of natural light. The walls are paper thin, you will hear the upstairs neighbors pee, dogs bark, loud parties that go until 3AM, and couples fighting. Maintenance and management don’t want to do their jobs, they will leave you without working appliances and do not hold up their end of the lease agreement while charging a premium to tenants. There is zero sound proofing you can hear your neighbors simply talking. The place is very poorly built I would not recommend leasing these apartments to anyone it is a complete scam. There is urine and feces in the elevators almost every day. The plumbing is terrible the gated parking lot hardly works the gates are always stuck open for anyone to come in. The mail room has been broken into multiple times. Management just wants your money without having to fix or do anything. If I could I would give this place zero stars DO NOT RENT HERE DO NOT GIVE THESE SLUMLORDS YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY -The hallways and stairways have buckets in them and they have been there for over a year due to leaks that the building refuses to fix -Walls, floors, and ceilings are paper thin. You can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing. That includes sharing leaks if someone lives above you. -The wood floors are done absolutely terribly with rusty nails still sticking out, and big gaps between floor boards. The amount of times I tripped, stubbed my toes and really hurt myself just casually walking around the apartment was insane. -Cars have been broken into and mail/packages have been stolen with no concern to building management. The rating definitely makes sense. The only good thing about this place is that they are pet friendly.
