Zona Village Apartments

Overall very positive experience. Kay the manager is wonderful, and the maintenance guys are great as well. The grounds / common areas are well cared for, and the unit I rented out has met all the promised amenities. The location of the complex is amazing. ~10 - 15 minute drives to get either into Downtown Tucson, or to the gates pass entrance of Saguaro National Park! And even closer, there are multiple hiking /trail options (Greasewood Park, Tumamoc Hill, etc). I will update this review after some more time has passed as I just moved in, but so far its been seamless, and the free month of rent I got this month is a nice bonus!

The front office personnel is always a pleasure to speak to they help a lot with my process of filling out the application to actual move-in they are a wonderful staff very knowledgeable and fair my apartment is cute please soon to be painted and updated overall I am very pleased

Aug 2024 - Tour and staff were fine. Unit shown looked clean and had a few remaining clean up steps to take. Post-tour follow up and internet based application process is really junky and near impossible to follow or understand. Website is clunky and documentation/ directions really awkward to use. That aspect needs lots of help. Jul 2025 update - Clean up repairs required and noted on move-in forms were never completed. While unit generally turned out ok and cost effective, kitchen sink and disposal drain clogged in first week, stove was unplugged on move-in, counter space is very limited, closet door was never re-hung, smoke detector fell off wall in first month and is still sitting on a table. Window latches are still broken and my own screw on locks are still on the windows. 3 st

My move into Zona Village Apartments went very smoothly, everybody was really friendly in the Office and made me feel welcomed. The application process was streamlined and easy to complete. The Apartment is really nice, immaculately clean up to date and was at a very good price. I definitely would recommend Zona Village to anyone looking.

Lived there from November 2020 to October 2021. Things started great when Rafael got us set up with our apartment on the second floor. We had a few noise complaints- no problem, Rafael took care of it. Months later, we started seeing cockroaches. Turns out Rafael didn’t work there anymore and apparently nobody helpful did either. Us and our neighbors were seeing tons of cockroaches everyday and when it was brought to managements attention, they took months to barely get a grasp on the problem. I mean total infestation, even crawling on my husband. Then we started having water leaks that ruined a ton of our stuff. Had to clear out our closet and keep a bowl there to catch water for weeks. There was mold building up and they tried denying it several times, even when my typically very healthy
