She was always there to help, gave honest advice, and made sure I knew what to look for. She asked all the tough questions to the housing companies to get the best prices and make sure needed fixes were addressed. She’s someone who looks out for you, not herself, and on top of that she’s just a great person. I highly recommend Cynthia and Tierra Antigua Realty.

I was looking for a reliable top performing real estate agent when I came upon Cynthia Nemer's name. My rental home needed a lot of work before we could list it on the market for sale. Cynthia has a lot of business contacts; she recommended a reasonable and reliable contractor to perform the work on the house. Cynthia personally went with me to Home Depot and helped me select the flooring and the paint colors for the interior of the home. After all the work on the house was finished Cynthia staged the house with beautiful furniture and art works. I'm glad to report that we had a couple of excellent offers on opening day.
