Do yourself a favor…. Do not and i repeat, do not have these guys buy your house cash… last year I had Jon Haas come out to my house to give me a cash offer in February. He came with his tablet and explained to me he would buy my house and that I would come out with 40k cash from the sale of the house. I trusted his “honest offer.” I was finally able to sign a contract with Mattamy homes to build my house. A few months down the road when I recieved the closing Letter from Mattamy Homes Jon said unfortunately after all was said and done they could only buy my house for a price that would only give me 15k out the door.
