These are wonderful people. We were in a bind and they have helped us get into a home that we love . Easy process to get in and they are very flexible. I'd definitely recommend renting from them . Olga is wonderful and very friendly and helpful.

Terrible experience. I called multiple times and left several messages, but no one ever returned my calls. When I finally reached someone, she was rude, refused to give her name, and just said she might forward my message. A week later, still no response. I’ve since found another agent. I do not recommend this office.

The owner, management team, accounting department, maintenance, they've all proven to be true professionals. When i chose to wind down my residential portfolio, they stepped up and showed the same professionalism, as they sold my properties. For 15 years i remained very happy with Zivkovic & Associates and always felt my properties were in good hands.
