The best home buying experience I've ever had. Mike Roberts explains everything in full detail and even sends out a video explaining the process and goes over each page of the mortgage loan. Communication was outstanding, if I had a question, Mike answered right away. It didn't matter what type of question, big or small, he always returned my call or email that day. Not only does Mike care about finding the best rate for you, he also wants to educate you about the home buying process so you know what's happening from beginning to end.
