I was tasked with selling a property in N Fort Myers from Virginia that belonged to a family member. Not only did the firm quickly, thoroughly and fairly appraise the overgrown and neglected property, but when I sought advise on selection of a realtor and a lawyer, Kristi suggested I use a realtor from a comparable property listed in the appraisal that recently sold and a real estate attorney they’d heard good things about. John and his daughter Kerri came to a listing of mine that was under contract. They were ordered by the mortgage co. to provide property appraisal. They made the process quite simple, were friendly and very professional! We had no issues with the appraisal process or the report itself in order for buyers to get financing and for the property to close as scheduled. It's a family business across their organization and would recommend them.

They were thorough, timely and responsive, and as an out-of-state customer the communication was paramount as I wasn't able to be onsite at the property.
