Zephyr Point Apartments

I've been living here 6 months now and I don't have any complaints. The landlord is very nice and friendly. The neighbors that I have interacted with are normal friendly people. The appliances aren't new, but they aren't OLD either. When my refrigerator wasn't working, it was replaced promptly. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets and countertops are showing their age, but holding up well enough. There is not a lot of storage space in the kitchen, but there is enough room to add a kitchen storage cart along the wall; which, as I'm just 1 person living here, adds enough extra storage. The apartment is small, but again, for 1 person it's just enough. Overall, I'm quite pleased and satisfied! PLUS, the area is safe!

I've just inspected a 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit today 11/7/2018. Veterans service will inspect Friday. I found it very clean with nice working appliances etc. I'm signing paperwork Friday. Yeah, I'm aware couple of deadbeats live here or have and complain, but most are 40+, quiet and aren't trying to put a 4 room house and family/friends into a small unit. You can see who they are in reviews etc.

Apartments are too expensive, too small, not enough storage in kitchen, appliances old and bathrooms look crappy. Not a very up to date place to live in. You really have to be a minimalist to live there. Laundry very expensive too.

horrible experience. Landlord is a slumlord. and alot of pill-heads, and drug addicts in his apartments. landlord does anything to move people in just to collect rent. takes him forever to fix something. DONT RENT FROM HIM.
