I can’t speak highly enough about Reutimann Realty and Maria in particularly. Maria was very kind and professional. A lot of times you get one or the other but she was both. I called to get an appraisal on a house co-owned with two other siblings. Our house was totaled by hurricane Irma and we have been working with FEMA/SBA trying to find a home we could afford in this inflated real estate market. The idea was to get an appraisal and talk the sibling into selling the house that’s been sitting there for years so we could use our share of the sale to increase our budget to a more realistic level.
