Grand Reserve

I’m am on the waiting list . It seems forever. I really do like the place . I had a lot of patients from grand reserve and I enjoy that they are so happy there. Now it’s my time. To wait for my turn. Waiting patiently. My husband passed away and I’m all by myself. Waiting for a call soon. After paying the fee and waiting they dropped me because I had not turned paperwork in which I did 2 times. I think they just mess with you and take your money . Same thing happened to this other person . Seems like after I paid the payment they requested they dropped me off the list and did not refund my monies. Hmmm . And I was not the only one they did that to. Be careful they will rip you off.

Fabulous place to live, grounds are well kept, maintenance department does a wonderful job, close to every food eatery you can think of, along with every shopping center, and grocery stores

We have been living at The Grand Reserve for six years and we absolutely love our home. The staff is wonderful and they go above and beyond to help you. Stephanie is always there for you. Tate and Jim and Marcus are great guys willing to take care of you when you have a maintenance problem. Can't say enough about how nice everything is maintained!!

Took 2 years for the owner to respond to my 2 star review. Thinking about it more now. The rent here is way too high. The gym and pool were alright I guess🤷🏼‍♀️but not worth living on top of strangers when lease to own of a actual home is an option.

I would recommend living elsewhere.My father lived here for almost 6 years.When he needed to move out do to medical reasons they wanted 2 months notice.Stephanie said there was a waiting list so no problems renting it quickly.They required us to pay for everyday until they rented it.(even though we provided medical note).We were charged for an extra 10 days,(almost $250) even though we gave a months notice.For a person living on a fixed income and now paying for assisted living,he was struggling to make it this month. BTW they never answer the phone, and never return phone calls. Crooks!!
