Dan did a wonderful job! This is our first time buying a home and has been super stressful. To say the least; Dan was our superhero. He walked us through the entire process, answered every question we had, and explained everything he was doing in deep detail. He was super thorough and exact with everything. Small or large, he pointed it out and explained what it was, if it affected anything, and what can be done. The report was sent out quick and super thorough. Absolutely recommend 10/10

Dan was fantastic from the beginning to the end showed up on time and took his time during the inspection. He offered me to walk through with him during the inspection and he listened to any questions I had and responded back . His inspection was not rushed and checked everything you could name in the home. Sewer scope was performed aswell and he allowed me to view the camera as the inspection took place...when he emailed me over report I was amazed on how much detail there was and color coded pending the condition he also linked videos not just photos. I highly recommend zen home inspections

Dan was great from zen home inspections. I had him come out to do a sewer scope for my husband and I and from booking him he was super knowledgeable and easy to work with. Once he was on site for our inspection he got right to work. He was efficient and informative and showed us footage of what he found underground which ended up being a corroded pipe below the house we were having inspected. He provided his recommendations and a detailed report shortly after completing the inspection which we were greatly appreciative of! Would hire Zen home inspections again in a heartbeat!
